Very helpful. I had seen a young lady salesperson a few times and was always helpful and patient.

Please avoid this store
Please avoid this store! I was told it would only be 6 weeks for delivery so I delayed ordering my sofa. Went to order it 3-4 weeks later to be told it’s always been 11-12 weeks for delivery and I was the second person to call customer service to complain today about being lied to. The staff are apparently always told it’s 11 weeks so they probably lied to try and get me to order but it backfired as I had to wait for my flooring to be done. I’ve now got to find a venue for a birthday party which I’ll have to pay for as I won’t have the sofas I’ve just spent £2000 on! I need to buy another soda for another room in the house and will definitely be going elsewhere

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Harven gets a special mention as she helped us choose our sofa giving us different options and helped us decide what would fit in our living area. Harven didn’t pressure us and was so helpful. We can’t wait to have our new sofa already!

Great experience
Great experience, staff do not bug you as you walk around, they greet you and leave you to it untill you want help which is great as you are not followed around the whole store feelin pressured. Gave options on a sofa that i did not know they could do and that what i actually wanted.
