We visited your Coventry branch and spoke to a young lady called Eleeza ( apologies if this spelling is incorrrect ) she was very good and took my wife and children through the functions of this particular sofa.
So we went today and placed the order 🙌
Just want to say a big thank you to her and I will be recommending other people as well.

From the moment we entered the Coventry store the customer service was very welcomed. Myself and my partner had been looking at sofas for a couple of weeks and wanted to finalise our choice.

We were able to have a look around at the sofas that were on offer. As soon as we chose what we wanted we asked for advice. We were then able to place our order which was straight forward and explained well by the customer service advisor (I cannot remember her name but she was wearing socks that looked like our dog) ;)

highly recommend the service received and as an added bonus we saved £700.00 as the sofa e chose had gone in the sale.

I came here with my mum to find me a sofa bed which had to fit some pretty specific requirements.

I believe the member of staff who helped us out was Darren, and he was an absolute delight. He was kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help us find the best sofa bed that fit our rather strict requirements. He took us around numerous models all around the store and once we had finally landed on what sofa bed we wanted, helped us find an ottoman too.

The other member of staff called Liza/Lisa (unsure of spelling sorry!) who talked us through payment options, how to care for the sofa bed, informed us about the email updates, etc was also incredibly kind, patient and polite.

Overall, me and my mum had a wonderful customer experience. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us out!

The salesman was very helpful ,we felt looked after and listened to

The experience in the store was great!
However the measurements we were given was wrong meaning that the sofa doesn't fit. We realized this at delivery so kept one piece in the box hoping to return it to be told that we couldn't and have to get rid of it ourselves.

The young lady who served us couldn't have been more helpful. She was excellent she was there to answer our questions before we sat down and made our transaction with her but never hassled us.

Steve the advisor was friendly & efficient, he explained everything on the materials, the finance & delivery. Also he was very patient whilst I kept going two sofas I liked!
