As soon as we found something we were interested in a member of staff came and sat down with us and explained everything. That was from start to finish ,how it was made, shipping and delivery, cleaning and financing. Sam was the man with the answers. No pressure to buy at all. A great experience..DFS the BEST 😍

Fantastic range of sofas, showroom was inviting, bright and nicely designed. Ruchi was extremely helpful, not in your face salesperson but there to answer our questions and let us browse at our own pace. We made our selection and purchased a beautiful corner sofa, very happy customer. Ruchi is a lovely lady, professional, knowledgeable and a credit to DFS

I visited the store twice looking for a corner sofa for my living room.
I wanted a sofa to maximise the seating area available.
Whilst in store the first time I was greeted by a gentleman ‘Sam’. We discussed what I was looking for and he took his time to show me the different options available.
By the time I left the store that day I had narrowed my selection with the help of Sam down to two, the Foster & Ronan range.

On my second visit to the store with the intention of purchasing a sofa, I was still unsure which one to go for.
Sam was serving another customer at the time, but I was greeted by another member of staff who offered drinks to myself and my grandson whilst I waited for Sam to become available.

When Sam was free he came straight over and again we discussed my options. By this time as I had sat relaxing waiting, I had decided to go for the Ronan, but was still a little unsure of the combination I wanted.
Sam was so helpful in showing me different options available, and displaying them on the big screen so I could visualise it perfectly.
Thanks to Sam’s patience and help I ended up with the perfect combination I was looking for and left the store very happy.

My whole experience in store had been a very happy one. On both occasions I had a young grandchild with me which in itself can add to a stressful situation. But it was the exact opposite, and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

Carrie was very helpful without being pushy, so much so we went back 2 months later to find her when we were ready to buy. She explained everything really well and made the process a nice experience. The sofa itself is lovely and appears to be a well made product. I feel the price we paid is good value, and the manager throwing in a free care pack was a nice touch. Thanks to Carrie and her manager 🙏

Absolutely lovely lady helped me plan the perfect layout and took her time to listen to all of my needs and concerns despite the shop being busy and my two toddlers causing mayhem.

I felt the sales assistant was honest in her answers I asked regarding the coach and knowledgeable. Lala was friendly and patient as well.

A good experience so far, apart from the fact that you have given me incorrect information at the point of purchase. You told me the sofa was a 6 week delivery. The recent update advises it’s nearer 12 weeks!

From the moment we started talking I got the feeling all Samuel wanted to do was sell us what we wanted. I was given options time to think and never felt pressured to buy. His knowledge on everything was outstanding. It was a relief to find someone who genuinely wanted us to get what we wanted and not what the store wanted. Would definitely come back.

The chap was pleasant and understanding of what we wanted he Answered all our questions and what he dident know he found out very easy process overall although not his fault but the delivery charge is a bit steep

Both Laila and Sam were exceptional. Friendly and well informed but not pushy or “salesy”. There was none of the usual sales patter that we had in other stores. Sam in particular was fantastic and really understood what we were looking for and was able to tailor our order to meet our needs. A very satisfying and painless experience!
