Excellent service by Mihai
We were served by Mihai who was incredibly friendly and helpful. After listening to what we wanted, he guided us to the perfect sofa and took us through the purchase process, explaining everything clearly. We ended up staying 15 minutes after the store closed, but Mihai was still incredibly friendly, and didn't make us feel rushed. We are really pleased with our purchase.

Called into Cardiff store, spoke to very freindly staff, who we're not too pushy as sales people, and provided all the information needed for me to make the correct purchase, a new sofa. Highly recommend.

Had sofa care as an extra promise from…
Had sofa care as an extra promise from the seller saying we can get our sofa cleaned 7 days a week as many times as we wanted !! Our cat got attacked by another cat and got blood on the sofa. Sent it through the sofa clean team and they came back with a response of its been badly looked after… we have only had the sofa a month. Threw our claim out and not replied to emails. TERRIBLE customer service we have had no response since . 18 month old child currently jumping on the sofa with blood on it. AVOID
