Following a visit to the Bradford store and not being able to find the sofa we were looking for we travelled to your Doncaster store as we were told the sofa we wanted to look at was there. Really glad we made the trip, Jo was not pushy let us take a good look around and he let us know he was there if we had any questions. Our requests were certainly not straightforward but that was no problem for Jo, he helped us get exactly what we wanted. Thanks Jo your a credit to DFS and you made two people very happy today!

Greated as we came in the door, asked if we found anything online, showed him what we liked, had a look around and picked the sofa’s we liked, got shown all the options and talked us through all the extra’s that was provided, all in all, great customer service very fast and informative to someone who as never bought a sofa before (first home) ahah, thanks a lot

We went to DFS Doncaster branch and was warmly received by Helena. She introduced herself and gave us a brief introduction of where different types of sofa located. When we found the sofa we wanted, she helped us with colours, the finances and care of the leather sofa. Very professional and friendly. A very pleasant sofa buying experience.

Staff was welcoming spoke when we entered the show room , explained what area things were,left us alone to have a good look around never pushed us on buying that was so nice as people don’t need to be pressured when looking, (excellent) 😊 came over to help when we needed them (AAA)over all fantastic costumer service.
