Very helpful and friendly service

I've always bought my furniture from DFS for many years. Always find the staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We bought a sofa and chair from DFS, the whole process was nice and easy. The showroom is well laid out and the sofa's are displayed in contemporary settings. Our salesman, David, gave us a full demonstration of the recliner elements of the sofa and chair. He also presented a no pressure detailed breakdown of the 5 year extended care package. We had visited a number of showrooms that day, all very much of a muchness, but we returned to DFS because of the showroom layout, staff, range of models and price.

Anna was very friendly and let us shop the way we wanted without feeling we were harassed. We were unable to deal with her once we got back as she had finished for the day and her colleague (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was also very friendly and provided a great service.

It is always nicer to try out sofas in the store and benefit from
staff expertise rather than order online. I was made aware of more available features that the sofa I bought had than I would have been aware of if I had ordered online and also could check the colour I wanted. The service I received was excellent too.

Anna was very polite, she gave us time to look around the store and explained the measurements of the sofas

I liked the way I was able to look around the store without being pounced on by sales assistants. When I was ready to purchase, I wasn't pressured, the sales rep (Neil) was knowledgable and made suggestions that helped me make my decission.

Purchased furniture today and had a very pleasant easy transaction with shop assistant very helpful and would deal with him happily again at the Bristol cribbs causeway store

I experienced really great customer service, and support with choosing my perfect sofa, and would I highly recommend.

Daniel was very helpful. I was unsure what sofa I wanted and he was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

First of all we were delighted to find a traditional wing back chair which we have been looking for without paying the earth, especially as we wanted to purchase 2 chairs.
Mike came to our rescue and we have to say he was very professional with a very calm manner. He gave us all the information we needed and confirmed the colour we chose was the correct one as the code was different to the swatch.
He is a very nice person and we enjoyed dealing with him. Thank you Mike we appreciated your patience and all your good advice and look forward to receiving our 2 lovely wing back chairs.
