Great service from Rash
I almost gave up looking for the sofa I had in mind when I was approached by Rash from customer service. He was very patient in listening to what I needed and took time to show me the different options. Eventually I ended buying a set which was even better than what I had imagined I needed!

Excellent Service with our purchase
We had a great experience purchasing our Luma sofa, and we would especially like to thank Rash, the shop assistant, for all his help and excellent service. He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, making everything easy and stress-free.
Rash took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us really well. His friendly attitude and professionalism made a big difference, and we felt very comfortable ordering our sofa with him.

Brilliant service from Jaz & Sophie
So I had dealings with Jaz and then Sophie. Excellent service from both. Very efficient, friendly and explained all the possible options available to me. Didn't rush me. Offered me drinks before we started. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to purchase from them-they are a credit to their store. Parking free for a few hours outside the branch as well.
