A huge thank you to Craig who was patient and helped us pick out our new sofa. He went above and beyond and made sure we didn’t feel rushed.

From walking in, you was not inundated with salespeople. The person I dealt with was polite, informative and genuinely helpful. I was immediately put at ease. So looking forward to the dining set i ordered

The one thing I hate is pushy sales people and I can honestly say that the sales staff at Dfs let you browse but are really helpful when you need to ask anything, which is 10/10 in my book. Caitlin was super friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and made our sofa shopping experience enjoyable. The store at Birstall is undergoing a complete refit with an upper floor now, there were lots of sofas on display so plenty of choice. We purchased a corner sofa, large upholstered footstool and 3 bolster cushions and I'm really happy with the price and delivery (around 6 weeks ) I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone looking to buy furniture, great customer service and good quality furniture at an affordable cost.

Nicola was very personable and talked us through taking care of our new corner suite, warranty support and benefits of the sofacare package, making the buying experience pleasureable.

Fantastic service, we visited during the store being renovated but the store was clean and set out really nice. I personally prefer the new store look compared to the previous layout it feels homely. The staff were extremely helpful and not pushy like I’ve experienced before. Overall a really good experience.

Amazing service and products

The staff members were friendly, helpful and explained everything all the way through. It was a very easy and smooth process and I can't wait for my new furniture to arrive.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Ordered a 4 grand sofa. Told it would be delivered on the 2nd of September which was already out of the 12 week guarantee to be told the next day it won’t be delivered until the 10th September. Nobody on the phone can help and just refer me to birstall store which now we have to wait 72 hours to speak to a manager! Absolute joke. Birstal staff are quick to be really nice and add extra things onto your sofa so they gain more commission but it’s all a lie!!!!! Stay away and get your sofa from elsewhere. Wouldn’t want to give them a penny. Liars!!!!!

He explained all the sofas to me and really knew his stuff
I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all and he was a very helpful personal assistant unlike the sales man at another store that made me feel overwhelmed
Hence my purchase was from DFS

The salesman serving us did a great job, was very helpful and personable. We ordered a brompton ted baker sofa and asked for the footstool to be different to the options available, and he made that happen for us by submitting an email to the production team.

We were very pleased with the person dealing with our experience with your shop.

Caitlin at the birstall store was very helpful and patient. She helped us choose the perfect sofa. We are very happy with the customer service and excited to get our new sofa!
