We received excellent customer service…
We received excellent customer service from Imran. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we were very happy with the service we received.
However, I didn’t like being pressured into donating to Children in Need. Yes this is an excellent charity and I donate every year to this and also to other charities. I don’t feel it’s a great thing to be asked to donate whilst making a purchase. I didn’t like to say a flat no so I was, I felt, pressured into donating £5.
Overall Imran lovely and friendly. Just the kind of customer service people want. Maybe don’t ask for charity donations!!

The sales person Kev was very helpful as we we dealing with small room so was limited for space Kev sat with us and went through all options and took us around and showed the sofas that would fit into our space which helped us choose what we wanted he was very pleasant and helpful very good customer service

We had help from Amz in the Birmingham…
We had help from Amz in the Birmingham store . We was very disappointed at first due to your online stock checker telling us we could view the sofa we wanted there so 1.5hr drive only to find it wasn’t in store !!! This was very annoying especially as we had my 76yr old mother who was wanting the Fargo sofa & chair .
Amz was really calm, helpful and helped my mother who is deaf to choose a sofa in the colour she had wanted, he looked after us from entry to exit, made sure we would be able to get it in the bungalow etc.
Fabulous service from Amz…. Unlike his colleague who was quite rude when I expressed my anger of a long journey
