From the time i entered the store i was made welcome by the sales assistance.
I knew what I wanted to buy but the preservation of the chair was properly explained.
The staff who attended to me was very professional and knowledgeable.

When i went in dfs Beckton to buy sofa…

When i went in dfs Beckton to buy sofa at the beginning there was staff coming up to me and asking if I need help after while when I found the right sofa and needed help there wasn't anyone around. I had to go around to find someone who come to help us after an hour later.

Noah - Top Service

A Dfs technician visited my home to inspect my sofa and confirmed that the damaged seat could be replaced and that he will order that in for me. Based on this, Ive been waiting for the replacement. He told me it would take 2-3weeks for the part to be delivered and to then give him a call so he can come fix it. However, it has now been over a month since the inspection, and I have received no update or replacement. When I contacted DFS for an update, I was told that the peeling on the sofa was "built up over the years," implying that the damage may not be covered. This directly contradicts what your own technician told me during the inspection.
This is Absoloutely pathetic and dissapointing!
Not once have I needed to write a claim because I have taken care of my sofa exactly how I’ve been told by the sales man during the sale.
I have even told your technician Toni
I would need another box of care kit as I have ran out. The seat has got clothing dye on it and it’s very obvious. If he couldn’t fix it then why would he then say to me he will ordering a replacement and basically make me wait for over a month for me to get told it won’t be replaced. I will be taking this further because this is absolutely time wasting and lying to your customers.
I’ve had their sofa for 4 years. And this is how they treat their customers. Don’t fall for their “sofa care plan”
