Staff were very welcoming. Very helpful sales assistant who was very thorough and covered everything we needed to know about our purchase of a new sofa. Could not fault the service we received.

Really happy with my experience at DFS Aberdeen . The staff that helped us were really friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy. They gave me plenty of time to look around and helped me find the right sofa without any pressure. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend DFS!

A really good assistant
A really good assistant, she took us right round the store showing us all relevant sofas including the sale room at the side so we really felt we had seen everything , she explained all the different features which helped us decide, we thought she was the best girl we could have had and we would recommend the experience to anyone.

We came in there was no rush. The sales man had plenty of time. He explained a lot of things so we knew what we were buying and if it would suit our family environment with kids and dogs. Would definitely go back to dfs to buy a sofa . The staff are great with make the visit to dfs
