If I can give ZERO stars as rating, I would have rated it! With none. We ordered a refrigerator and when we opted for them as a shop out of numerous, apart from finding a product we liked, it was mainly their delivery service and bringing the refrigerator upstair. The website mentions the dimensions that the staircase has to be in order for them to bring the refrigerator upstairs. Our staircase fulfilled the requirements.
The delivery guys presented late during the day, leaving a heavy object till the end of the day to get delivered. Non of our business. But it was unacceptable for a delivery person to come with thick sunglasses who exhibited signs of lethargy and most probably under the influence of marijuana.
They refused to take refrigrator upstairs and they flashed the "safety" concern in our faces. The lethargic driver, took a picture of the staircase and sent a video of the stairs to his supervisor. He was standing at a distance from the door that was at least 1.2m, cropping the ceiling so it seems shorter and without any reference. We asked his colleague to sit at the staircase so there is a visual reference to sizing in the picture, they refused. The whole staircase seemed smaller.
Both delivery personnel weren't wearing any safety shoes or had shown any other signs of safety precautions such as anti-slip gloves.
Moreover, the current refrigrator is identical in size to the one ordered and the delivery personnels from CoolBlue had no issue carrying it upstairs.
The person who handles the WhatsApp chat exhibited rudeness while using shaming language and nonchalant attitude that sounds like, "we don't need you".
This is the epitome of miserable employees doing their 9 to 5 jobs with enabling management at an instance and non-existing one at another.

Preety bad experience from buying till customer service and return. For a defect product the charged whopping 50 euros for taking it back after 1.5 months of constant call and struggle. I was going thru the others review and found then all true. Not helpful, rude behaviour and sub par defective pieces most of the time.
Avoid this place at all cost. For me the cost was additional delivery and charges, mental harassment, spoilt foods in the fridge and huge time waste dealing with them.
Do not purchase anything from them. They are nice and helpful before payment and not willing to help with anything afterward. They did not deliver what they advertised online (New, Outlet) and delivered a dryer that is defective. The internal drum bangs against the side from a huge dent (not cosmetic) and does not work properly. I tried to work with them to resolve the issue and they keep pushing me to the manufacturer, when they are the ones that knowingly sold a defective product and delivered something other that was advertised when purchased. They will try to blame everything on the customer. Trust all of the negative reviews, because they are true! I wish I did more due diligence before making a purchase.
Edit: Ignore their reply. They knowingly sell goods that are damaged, beyond cosmetic, and will try and play it off as they did the proper thing. It's a scam - 50% negative review clearly show that.

A very desirable and solid company 😁 I bought a Haier refrigerator and a Siemens clothes dryer and I am very pleased. Very nice service and very positive people. I highly recommend shopping with this company
Finally managed to get away from this company after:
1. They delivered the wrong machine.
2. Then they picked it up and dropped it down the stairs.
3. The machine they brought to replace was leaking and so had to be replaced again.
4. The new machine that came had a major blockage and had to be taken away again.
5. Final machine was brought back but has multiple issues and did not work properly either.
The machines were dirty and poor quality. Avoid at all costs.
I bought a washing machine from this site. They brought it to my apartment but did not tie it. The machine was completely dirty. I connected the machine myself and it was not working. Tried to talk to customer service and I have never seen such rude behavior before. Everyone I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. Finally, I wanted to return it and they told me I would pay 40 Euros! It is very disappointing!! I never recommend this website. Never!
Though promising to deliver the machine the next day, it took them a few days to actually schedule the delivery. Then, the machine was delivered in two pieces (without the backside connected to it) and the delivery guys refused to take the old machine with them (though specifically agreed). After one week it was obvious that this “refurbished” machine was leaking from underneath (which caused damage to our parquet). I tried to schedule a pick-up of the machine - could only be planned a week later - and at the scheduled date they never showed up nor informed us about it… I had to schedule a new pick-up date (and waste another day of waiting for them to come).
In short: everything went wrong and the client service representatives instead of being attentive are not really helpful or even friendly (same reply: just write an email they say…).
Never again – buying cheap indeed turns out to be much more expensive!!!

I have bought a washing machine in this way to help play my part in not being wasteful. The machine was delivered and sadly stopped working, the service has been excellent with a fast replacement, that also had an issue but again fast reaction and problem solved. This company is committed to looking after the client.
