I experienced a very good service from David after the plants arrived damaged due to no fault of Devonpondplants. After notifying David he immediately sent me all the plants again (this time in very good condition), even though the damaged plants might recover. Very happy with this company.

Excellent website with plenty of useful information on all the different plants.
I bought 6 species of native plants (12 in all) for my new pond.
Great communication from the seller and they arrived promptly and are all now in situ.

I love the descriptions and personal touches and snippets of wisdom and experience that is apparent on this website. Its truthful and full of passion for ponds! I opted for the small pond pack because the choice of plants was too overwhelming to choose and I didn't have a clue but some of the honest descriptions about the plants habits and nature did make me chuckle! I also love being able to choose to shop with an independent business that goes the extra mile and really cares about getting it right. Communication was great and snails were alive and well when they arrived. My little nature pond brings joy to us all and although it will take time to establish and flourish we are already being rewarded by the birds splashing around! Thanks so much x

Recently bought the large pond plant pack for our new wildlife pond in Cornwall. David was responsive on email and kept my informed regarding delivery.

I was delighted with the quality of the plants when they arrived. I potted them up very soon and they are already thriving just a week or so after delivery.

The website is clear and easy to use. Ordered and kept up to date by email of dispatch. Arrived within two days of dispatch (if not quicker). Planted them up in my newly established pond and they have not only lived but within a matter of weeks, growing and flowering! Ordered mid March and they’ve been amazing ever since, can’t recommend enough, packaged so well and love the packs by size of pond for native plants🙌🏼

100% excellent! I will never buy pond plants from garden centres or Amazon again! I have placed 2 orders with this company and they have both been 100% faultless, plants are always in excellent condition, good value for money, items are always well packed and dispatched promptly.

Purchased some irises and a water lily, the water lily was very small and died that year, great choice of pants and a nice website but expensive for the size of plants you receive, i have purchased many aquatic plants online from many different suppliers and this is the first bad experience and so unfortunately I would not use Devon Pond Plants again.

David has helped me massively with supplying a range of pond plants. Always in good condition and at a great price. He’s always quick to respond and offers brilliant advice. Would highly recommend.

We received feedback to a question almost immediately. The plants were despatched a few hours later and by the following afternoon i had planted them up! What more can you ask for!!

The website was a dream to use, the products wonderful and the prices excellent. I placed an order on Tuesday night and they arrived on Thursday. The packaging was first class and all of my plants arrived looking so wonderful, not something I expected at the end of the season. The whole shopping experience way exceeded my expectations and I have high standards. I would not shop anywhere else for pond plants now.

I ordered some plants from David but the postage was too expensive comparable to the cost of the plants ,though I only realised this when I had made the purchase.David was very reasonable in how he handled this ,he communicated very well and agreed to return my money which he did .He is trustworthy and honest and i would buy again from Devon Pond Plants if i could find a way of getting them to me more cheaply .Thanks David for your help.

My first ever positive review, they must be good! The quality, value, range and particularly the plant information is in my view absolutely spot on.
As someone who is fed up of being ripped off on an all too frequent basis it is refreshing to know that bona fide companies do still exist!

I have just had a massive re-fit of my Koi pond =built a new cascade in red sandstone and done other work with replacing filters etc and lifting our existing marginal plants some of which had become overgrown.
We wanted to include more variety and I spent a couple of months looking at the various Co's that provide mail order plants.
as to be expected many provide very common margin plants which often are not much better than weeds,
Devon Pond Plants have a fantastic portfolio of plants , to be honest if my pond was larger I would have bought many more :)
However I wanted to enhance what we have and to integrate with our existing stock.
I'm looking forward to next season and enjoying the new plants, all of the plants we bought were of excellent vigour size and value for money. Thanks Steve
