I want to sincerely apologize for the delayed responses to your support messages. As a one-person operation, I handle everything from product development and firmware compatibility updates to mixing, mastering, and customer support. That said, I understand this isn't an excuse - it's context. Your experience clearly fell short of the standard I hold myself to, and I take full responsibility for that.
Regarding the apps: I launched several new software tools recently (HumBeat 2, IR-Alchemist X, DuptraX, and others), and as with any new software release, early versions can have issues that only surface across the wide variety of systems and DAW configurations our customers use. I've been actively pushing updates and fixes - many based directly on customer feedback. If you're still experiencing issues, I'd genuinely love the chance to resolve them for you.
