Broken item and zero response to request for return and replacement/refund
I ordered 2 wooden sunloungers and 1 arrived broken and unusable. I immediately asked for replacement using the online form and sent photos as attachments in my reply to their automated response. 4 days have passed with zero response. Now messaged on FB and received their ‘unavailable’ reply, so am stuck with a dud piece of wood and its cushion, and £120 out of pocket. It’s now the weekend so probably have to wait till Monday and set aside time to fight this and/or get my money back from the credit card company. Such a shame - the other (unbroken) sunlounger is lovely!
