Fidget toy arrived in unworking order

Fidget toy arrived in unworking order, disappointing the young man I bought it for. From China.. But I have also had good experiences when buying from China.. Just not with Detuity They refuse a Freepost label to take it back, and do not offer any refund. They also seem to make up their own reviews on other sites selling the same goods.

Robbery, tricksters in CHINA didnt say China when selling.

BEWARE VERY MUCH OF DETUITY, THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU THEYRE IN CHINA.
Dreadful awful cheats. 2 toys on eBay, they totally fell apart on opening.
Took ages about 5 emails to eventually get reply of where to return to for full refund. Refused to refund postage, did not give me a returns place to send to. Today after me sending even more emails told me to send them half way around the world at my own cost to CHINA. I dread to think of the cost of sending two toys to China from Wales, UK. I have been well and truly robbed and mucked about so much to try and put me off and give up.
Cost me £36.48 and that is before lots of time, worry, emails and COST IF POSTAGE TO CHINA. NEVER AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN ROBBED AND MADE A COMPLETE FOOL Of.

This is DANGEROUS.

This website is actually more dangerous than many of the other SCAM websites saturating social media. If you clicked into the website, you may already be in trouble, but while you are there take a look around and look for the vital missing screens you would expect to see on a legitimate website.
