Buyer beware, flash website, attractive deals but nothing received. Starting to think this is a scam website and fake reviews.

I ordered products using the express 2-4 days delivery, now a week later they have still not been shipped. I sent them an email ... no response. Fully expect this is a scam and that nothing will be sent or arrive.

Other buyers, go to more reputable websites. I should have stayed using the guys I trust rather than chase a deal.

Actually I did send you a Helpdesk ticket, reference 2024715-216036-23191. So you are factually incorrect. Also nowhere on your website does it say that there is a five day packing wait followed by many days waiting for delivery. Also your website still does not show that it has been sent. I have not received any dispatch email either. Again, buyer beware. These guys are either disingenuous or dishonest.

Edited - if you spent as much time operating your supposed business and getting orders out in a timely manner rather than having ridiculous arguments with me and many others on Trustpilot perhaps you wouldn't need to have arguments on Trustpilot. Needless to say, I won't be using you again and I recommend any one that actually wants to receive their orders go to other better run businesses!

Oh and by the way, I retracted nothing that I have written. You did not send my order, did not reply to my Helpdesk ticket and seemingly do so to other customers. Buyer's go elsewhere!

When Detailed clean found out there wasnt enough postage on the parcel due to a parcel size error, they refunded me the £4.70 the Post office charged me to release the parcel! Cant complain about that. Products very good and arrived in excellent condition.

Beware. This company also sell on Ebay and refuse to refund when the item does not arrive. Had to raise a case to investigate further. Name of the person who runs the business says it all.

First time using Detailed Clean from my normal supplier.
Items were well packed which is always a relief when buying car cleaning stuff. They were decent prices as well.

Slow to despatch though - I ordered on Sunday, items were despatched on Thursday and received the following Monday so didn't get for the weekend like I hoped, which I thought was slow these days.

Also found the website hard to read with the red and black, and small text, but that's probably my age!
Probably won't use again personally due to the issues, and will stick to my usual supplier.
