Second time I have used Destinology, especially Ryan who was very helpful in putting together our package and booking process trouble free.

We have booked two holidays this year with Destinology, the main reason for this would be their friendly, helpful team, so responsive and knowledgeable. A stand out for us would be Georgina Martin who has helped us with both holidays, she is outstanding and is the sole reason we chose Destinology over many other reputable agents. Maura gave us exceptional service and I feel she went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything.
I particularly like that as long as you paid upfront for flights we were able to choose our seats. This something we have never been allowed to do with other travel agents. Maura is a star .

Sheila was extremely helpful and always very clear on next steps all the way through from quote to purchase.

She also got the travel company to honour a special offer that had previously expired.
