Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with. Place was crappy and poorly maintained. We tried to work with them but they did nothing. Pool falling apart. Our roof top pool was filthy and unusable. So far 5 days into rental and nothing done to fix it. Pool needs to be cared for and nit heated. Crappy wifi. Everything is at least 30 minutes away by bike even though they said it was in walking distance. Not even close! Place had not been maintained. Dogs on site barked all day and into the night. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! EVER!!!!.
