This company has POOR customer service

This company has POOR customer service. I reached out to their customer service team via email due to them discontinuing their phone service. I have been waiting for a month for my refund and made 4 attempts to resolve the issue. Their response has been delayed AND they failed to understand the ask on the 3rd attempt. I will not be shopping at this retailer any more and will block all ads.

Returned items and did not get a…

Like many others, returned items and did not get a refund. Their phone number does not work. The customer service is nonexistent and unreachable. You will keep submitting tickets for support and never receive a reply. This company should be investigated for fraud.

Terrible customer service - no returns label or address

I want to return an item but the returns portal will only register my return BUT not give me a returns label - and there is no returns address or a telephone number . I have been emailing for a week to resolve this and all they do is say register online and you will get a label. I have even asked for a returns address so I will pay for return postage but they won't give it to me . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It was great to buy this

It was great to buy this. I liked the design and ( obviously) the price. It is very comfortable and warm. I use it almost everyday, because it is raining and cold.

NOPE

If I was feeling generous, I would say it’s a real shame Desigual can’t get its act together because their clothes are great.
But I’m not.
Non-existent customer service, fail to make refunds. Don’t go anywhere near them.

The coat is beautiful but it was broken.

The coat is beautiful but you sent it to me with the zip broken, and when I asked for an exchange to get a new one (not broken) you didn’t send it to me. The alternative was to exchange for another one in the shop, but not this model. Disappointed

Excellent Experience

I read the reviews after purchasing from Desigual, and it was quite a scary moment for me. It was my first time purchasing online from them, and all the bad reviews made me worried about the quality and the return process. I wasn’t sure about my size at all, and there was a high possibility that I would need to return the item and order a different size.

However, I received my order on time. I needed to return it, and the return process was smooth as well. I received my refund on time and ordered the same product again in a different size. I liked the quality, and everything was perfect.

Probably only people who have bad experiences write reviews. Thankfully, everything went perfectly with my order, and I will definitely order from them again.
