Simple online ordering
Ordered a sign via the website, uploading some very basic artwork for it that I made in an app. Melissa got in touch very quickly and took all my edits on board, making my basic image into something tangible. She thought of questions to ask that I hadn't even considered, and the sign is better for it. Very friendly service, simple to use website, sign came quickly. Thank you!

Very happy
Very positive experience with this company. The ordering process was very easy, and a lovely lady by the name of Melissa was with me every step of the way. There was a slight mistake somewhere initially where my order was marked as shipped when production hadn't even started yet, but when I asked Melissa about the delay, she was right on it and it was shipped out to me super quick after that. The sign itself is stunning and it's all that I wanted it to be. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants a sign made.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Despite an issue with the sign, this has been replaced and the faulty one collected very quickly.
Brooke at customer service has been very helpful.
Definitely recommend this for your business!

Design Your Sign were fantastic with the entire process of ordering signs for our business. I sent them my artwork, and even though it was in the wrong format (my mistake!), they were extremely helpful and remade the files in the correct format, which I thought was brilliant service! Received quickly after final artwork was confirmed, in an extremely protected package, with fixings.
All in all, 10/10 rating, they were so helpful with everything and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Excellent service, I would not hesitate to recommend!
We designed our signs using the website sign builder to meet our exact needs, the system is so easy to use!
The signs arrived very quickly and were packaged very well! upon opening the signs we really got a feel of how good the quality is and let me tell you they really are A1!!
The signs are up and look incredible!
