The sales support and customer support…

The sales support and customer support is non-existent.

I purchased an outdoor wicker sectional seating arrangement and wanted to purchase an additional corner unit. I call the customer support number where the only option they can offer is for me to leave a number for a "specialist" to return the call. That was yesterday. No return call. If their responsiveness is like this when I want to purchase something, imagine how it might be if I ordered and had a problem. Zero for customer support.
