I found them on line and sent for a…
I found them on line and sent for a colour swatch which came within days. A spell in hospital held up my order but when I picked it up I was able to check on a few measurements - seat height is very important after a Hip Replacement! I was advised of a six to eight week lead in but the chair was ready earlier. Good communication re delivery date and time. I love my chair, but maybe should have gone for the softer seat pad.

I ordered a Queen Anne style 2-seater sofa in Old English Ocean leather. The company couldn't have been more helpful, offering assistance and additional swatches as required. The ordering process was very straightforward and the lead time from order to delivery more than acceptable. The delivery team were efficient, tidy and friendly; they provided exceptional communication regarding our delivery time on our delivery day. The sofa itself - we are beyond thrilled. The quality and finish surpassed our expectations; it is an absolutely stunning piece to grace our front room and extremely comfortable. The smell of leather greets us every time we enter the room and countless visitors to our home have made mention of our handsome new sofa. We visited twice and both times the sales people were really helpful, not pushy like some places.
The prices were good compared to others and delivery date was kept to but about an hour late. The delivery men were great.

Good quality sofa, at a excellent price.
I had my sofa delivered in time by two very lovely gentlemen who went to great lengths to ensure it's care on entry to my home, on the hottest day so far 38+ degrees! Wow! My sofa is gorgeous. I had chosen antique oxblood for colour, and I love it! It looks amazing, good quality, well made, and it has the wonderful smell of new leather. I did alot of research online before choosing Sofas4u, and I am so glad that I made this excellent choice. I fully recommend this company. Good quality product, excellent price , along with good customer service and delivery.

I started ordering a chair and changed my mind before giving card details and finalising. I then started getting pestered to complete the order and they even quoted an order number. I pressed the cancel button but then got a phone call asking me to ring in order to set the cancellation in process. I hadn’t even completed the order!! The chap I spoke to claimed I had made the order and needed to give my card details to complete it. I did not of course but this is harassment. Trying to make people think they have ordered.

We’re sorry you feel this situation was “harassment,” however there does appear to be a misunderstanding of how the ordering process works.
An order number is generated the moment an order is placed on our website. This simply confirms that an order has been created in our system. Payment, as you know, is a separate and final step and in this case, no payment details were ever entered or taken because the order was not completed.
When you later cancelled the order online, our team followed standard procedure and contacted you briefly to confirm whether you had experienced any issues completing payment and to understand the reason for cancellation. This is a routine courtesy call for incomplete or abandoned orders and is not unusual in e-commerce.
During that call, you were able to provide the order number, which confirmed the order had indeed been created. Our staff then explained that while the order existed, it had not been paid for which is why no card details had been requested, taken, or “completed.”
We appreciate that these steps can sometimes be confused, we would like to apologise for causing any distress and will ensure that your order is now cancelled.

Honestly great experience. From ordering to delivery. I ordered the firm cushions and got a call to check letting me know they are really firm so I changed it to medium. Which are perfect I might add. Sofa is great quality looks fabulous and well worth it £££ and is very comfortable. Even a check in after to see if I was happy with it and not your usual next day check in when you haven’t really had time to assess it a few weeks later. Would defo recommend

Was a bit wary buying from a company online that I hadn’t had any dealings with. However, as the company offer PayPal as a payment option went with them. I am very pleased with the chesterfield sofa that I purchased. It is really good quality, and great value for money. I took the option of firm cushions, and was contacted to confirm that really was the correct selection as some people thought they were too hard. We were given a date for delivery and confirmed it was acceptable. The sofa arrived on the day stated, and was taken into the room we wanted it in, by two polite and friendly delivery men. I would definitely use the company again.

We were really pleased with the leather…
We were really pleased with the leather chair we purchased good quality. From ordering to delivery was excellent. The delivery driver certainly went the extra mile as he couldn’t get the delivery vehicle near our house, he carried the chair the length of the street. Poor quality furniture and extremely rude and aggressive delivery team
Furniture broken got fixed upon return the broken it and ruined another section of sofa didn't tell me the damaged it
Then realised the bit that 'fixed' is infact still broken
Want refund but have no choice but to take a replacement not repair thia time and Obviously my issue is i have to let the vile delivery team back into my house not a nice thought
