I purchased a rare (hard to get in continental Europe) helmet from my favourite brand on eBay, having this one for more than 10 years in another version.
Unexpedectly my head didn't fit in properly so I needed to make an exchange.
Both deliveries have been at my flat within three days despite of international border-crossing. Thus the overall process was resolved within one week, accompanied by proactive communication by employee 'Michael', thanks for all.
In the bottom line I can recommend DH unrestrained!

I Had poor after sales service from my original helmet supplier but the guys at Designer Helmets went that extra mile and sourced the item I required, keeping me informed of order progress all the time. They knew their products inside out and gave me some sound guidance on products available. I can thoroughly recommend them and will def. buy my next helmet from Designer.

This was my first time ordering a product from outside of my country, the U.S. an it's a nice surprise that it was a good experience and no problems. My point of contact was Michael and he responded immediately with my estimated shipping date and it came sooner than expected. I think it was about 10 days. I ordered a Bmw System 7 Prime Helmet and it all appeared to be original Bmw packaging from the factory. Helmet is of good quality and found no problems.

I've now used Designer Helmets on at least three occasions, they have an excellent selection and there service and delivery is second to none, what more do you need to know?

Nice helmet, great price, it arrived quickly and without problem. Sadly, due to a change in circumstances, I had to return but that was very quick and easy. Only one reservation: the helmet had a production date of 2016. With a lifespan of around 7 years, would have been nice to see a more recent date for a purchase mid-2019.
