Good design
but take long time to answer and for finish design

Steven Johnson designed two logos for me. They were both perfect the first time, we did not have to make any corrections or adjustments! Steven was very professional and responsive. I will absolutely use Design Eminent for future branding needs!

Dealing with this company and more specifically Daniel McKay was a pleasure. He and his team made my site look phenomenal online. They were prompt, and very professional and he made every effort to make my consulting company something to be proud of online. I would recommend him highly in an web page contract. You will not look back and you will have a great guy for future modifications. Nicely done Daniel!!!

The employee, Josh, who helped guide me through the process of creating a new logo, was a good communicator. In fact, he provided me a cell number to call or text him, which was helpful since I'm a busy business owner. Although I ended up spending more than what was advertised in the initial package, I'm satisfied with my final product.

Steven Clark was so helpful and accommodating! I’m very happy with his assistance in my endeavor and he was very patient. Simply put thank you!

There logo design I requested came out great mine was fairly simple as I had already made a rough sketch of what I wanted and all they had to do was make it professional which they did a great job at. Now the bad is at every turn in this process they tried to up sale me and I had to tell them multiple times that I was not interested and just wanted the Logo package that I had paid for, it took me getting angry with them before they finally let it alone and did what I wanted. After the delivery they have been not stop calling me wanting me to leave them a review I told them that I would at one point when things slowed down a bit for work and they told me well that wasn't going to work for them....I was like what?? are you serious? I paid you to do a job which you did and now your telling me how I should spend my time?? I finally blocked their number on my phone because I was tired of them calling twice a day.

So to sum it up I love the work they did but they are super pushy and if I ever need a logo update or other services I will spend the extra money to go local and not have to deal with the consistent try to up sale and phone calls everyday.

I am giving this 5 star because i have been working with Daniel McKay for a while now and his very kind, understanding and helpful toward my worries and concerns. The prices I was offered later on for the hosting was also reasonable for me. I love working with him his amazing.

Sarah has been great to work with!!! She is prompt to respond and has excellent customer service!! I’ve worked with her in the past and will most definitely work with her again if I am ever in need of a logo!

Real easy to work and get the job done!

Designing a logo is not a simple process. It requires back and forth and multiple ideas. It was a jerky start, we had to work through communication issues but in the end we got the logo we were after. The process worked and we are happy. Value is good.
They have a persistent sales force. They get a little pushy with up-selling but I don’t fault them for that. Just be warned that you need to know what you want.

The design team was very helpful and prompt with communication. Every detail of my design requests were included and they went above and beyond providing samples.

However, the sales teams were hyper agressive and the fee structure is far from transparent. There was a serious lack in open communication about what I, as the customer, truly wanted and expected.

I wrote a review of this company in the beginning and i was ok with the service and didn't take note of others but it's true they are scammers paid them for the work and now they took down my site and holding for ransom so to say, said I got an infected site and a whole bunch of lies that I had confirmed by a real tech guy...SO KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND FOR THE MOST PART THERE RUDE .. DONT SPEND A DIME WITH THEM I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AND GOING TO THE FCC AND ATTORNEY GENERAL WITH THIS IF I DONT GET MY MONEY OR WEB FILES

I bought a logo from these guys, the Quality is good, but i am not happy about spending an extra $500 after buying a $45 package.
I did agree to getting a copyright on the logo, which with both US and Canadian fees applied, would have been around $120 plus maybe a service fee. I recommend you do research before buying from any company.

Been working with Jay Barry while my primary contact was out on vacation.

Jay has been extremely helpful and has gone out of his way to be available during the initial launch process of my new website.

Once again it is without reservation that I recommend this company for one's website needs.

I am now looking forward to the next step where SEO components will be added to the effort.
