They dont deliver, dont responde to contact, they dont refund, they closed their shop, avoid this webshop like a plague, as i heard many people started legal procedures, myself included.

On November 11, 2024, I pre-ordered two 1/6 scale figures of Inart Paul Atreides Deluxe Version Dune from the Derivstore.com online shop, valued at €1,099.80. The shop required a 30% deposit for the order [Commande no. 185164] (October 11, 2024). When the goods were shipped from the manufacturer, I received neither the goods from Derivstore.com nor any information about paying the remaining amount or the delivery date. On June 18, 2025, I sent the first email to Derivstore, requesting information about the delivery date or a refund if the items were unavailable. To date, after many, many more emails, I have unfortunately received neither a response nor a refund from Derivstore.com. If you are interested in clarifying the matter, I will remove the review. It's your turn! So far, this looks like clear fraud to me?

Update from August 26th: no response, no goods, no refund. The scammers actually had the nerve to send me a newsletter via email on August 22nd. Back to school is just around the corner, including at Deriv'Store! In the newsletter, the scam shop advertises secure payment and fast delivery. The defrauded customers are also being mocked. Unbelievable what this shop is doing. I hope the shop will close soon.

Ordered and paid thé full amount of the Inart figure Michael Jackson, unfortunately no response,Any news not given, bever reply on my messages, think i lost my money, shop is shut down now 🥴

I did reserve Lara Croft figure in 2024 and here we are 1 year later, no email responses no feedback, no refund and no info.

Amazing service, very helpful and kind and we bonded over a few TV shows too!!! Seller even showed me a yet to be listed on the site funko that i then bought. Very fair prices, very reasonable shipping costs - even abroad, and amazing packaging! All you could want from a seller! A+++++

Pre-ordered, paid and then unfortunately not received. Unfortunately, I did not get such a collector's item despite pre-order. But money was refunded without any problems. Therefore from me no more pre-order in this shop.

Terrible customer support, near impossible to get defective parts properly replaced, and communication takes absurd amount of time

I bought an Iron Man Bust and it was delivered 6 months ago. Unfortunately, the headpiece of the bust had an issue/broken and I immediately contacted Derivstore for replacement.

Now it's already 6 months and nothing so far. There were some emails back and forth but no progress.

I still can't imagine paying around 1800 Euro for a bust, that comes defective and takes more than 6 months to get a replacement...

Update: It's almost a year without any information, no replacement, nothing ... Never spend your money on Derivstore ... I regret it now

The worst strore in Europe, worst customer service I have ever dealt with… very very rude and unprofessional

Great seller. My go-to store when it comes to collecting. Packages get shipped in time, never had an issue regarding my puchases, and the owner is a stand up guy. I highly recommend buying from him !
