Order delays with no communication
Placed order. 5 days later half of the order was delivered and I received an email from Deporvillage stating the order was delivered and complete. Submitted two email forms for assistance with no reply. Tried their Chat system twice for over an hour for an agent but one never came. Update: the second half of the order was finally delivered by DHL three days later. Communication during the delivery process when delays occur needs improvement.

The GLS company used to deliver the product failed to do so and just left the package at a drop off point 11 km from my house.
The courier company failed to respond to phone calls.
I had paid a courier fee to have the package delivered.

I have not received my order and cannot get through to anyone to find out what is going on. The tracking numbers do not match the carriers and I'm getting very upset they make it so hard to actually chat to anyone. Even the online chat times out as no one answers!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

So I believe it’s a scam
So I believe it’s a scam - For me at least, I contacted them after big difficulty - no chat, no phone number. A mail they haven’t replied back to me with, even though they auto-wrote. My order was 3 weeks ago and by tracking it’s in Spain still, they should give more than a full refund of all the trouble it costed me for an Ironman.

I have placed a few orders with…
I have placed a few orders with Deporvillage and they’ve been fine. But my last order placed on the 31/07/26 still hasn’t arrived and it shows on tracking as been in Germany since 06/08/26 I have tried to contact them by email-no reply, chat-it never finds an agent 8hrs+, fb- I got a reply saying will contact me by email, no reply. I am finding terrible customer service. I’ll update this review if anyone contacts me and sorts out my order.

Incorrect item initially received, but promptly resolved
I initially received the wrong item, but Deporvillage responded promptly and resolved the issue fairly with a goodwill gesture as a partial refund for keeping the item, which I was happy to accept.
Overall, a disappointing error, but a positive resolution.
