This Government Agency did not cater any complaint againt their employee I send emails to complaint a Teacher for her behavior and conduct supported by Police Blotters but neglect my complaints. This government agency in the Philippines did not discipline the Teachers named Elma Talaman of Tomas confessor memorial elementary school that's why she and her family continue Harrasing me by throwing stone at my House every night which cause damage. All we know justice system in the Philippines is very high cost. This Department tolerate and defend this Teacher continue working despite cases in RTC involving physical abuse to her student. DEP ED District Office was Blind many reputable and fresh graduate that have Good manners and no police and court records is deserving to serve in the Department of Education.
