No Shirts or Communication After A Month
I’ve ordered shirts for my husband from this company, and it’s what he said he wanted for Christmas this year. It’s now officially over a month since I placed my order and the shirts are stuck on “processing”, and I’ve sent two emails with no response just hoping for an update.
I’m starting the process for a refund from my card issuer for unreceived goods this time next week if they continue to ignore me. They have over $300 of my money and I consider this truly unacceptable.
