Having read lots of negative reviews I was very sceptical about the service and whether in fact the technician would turn up. I was pleasantly surprised. Selim called to confirm the time he would arrive. He spent a good couple of hours repairing my alloy wheels. I am delighted with the outcome. The wheels look like new. Thank you Selim for a fantastic job.

Pete did a spot on job! You wouldn’t even know the bumper was ever scuffed!

Today Kyle was excellent, customer service and expertise .
He has been to us twice this year , same excellent service .

This review is based on my experience with the technician who repaired my car, his name is Peter and he is known as Peter from Christchurch. He is an excellent repairman.

One thing it could be much improved is the communication between the Insurance company and their Repairer DWV and in turn communication with the customer. The actual reporting to Insurance company and sending photos and agreement process is fine, but when the approved job is passed on to DWV, where, who is repairing the vehicle becomes confusing. It could be a garage as I was told, then it changed to a mobile repair technician. The dates change twice and I only find out when I called them to confirm !
My advice is take control and check the info you are given is still correct. I gave a review of 5* Excellent because of Peter from Christchurch.

James was brilliant! Timely, great communication and fantastic workmanship. Will definitely use again.

Kyle CB did an excellent job on my diamond cut alloy. Kyle arrived on time, was professional and friendly. Kyle also advised me on other damage on the body work which I can now look at getting fixed. Very pleased and I would be very happy if DMV send Kyle to do any future work on my car. In fact I would encourage them to do so.

I had a date sent me by e-mail for the repair of my car for 02/7/19. Stayed in all day and no one turned up. No e-mail / call to say they was not coming. When I phoned them today they said it was because they had no phone number. Well they should of done cause it was booked from my insurance company. Already waited over 2 weeks for repair on my car and now they want me to wait again for 8 days.
Question ..... if they did not have my number why not ask for it by email or tell my insurance the details are not complete.
Hoping the repair is better than their booking system.

Some months ago I had my wheel repaired when it was damaged. The man who came didn't seem to be here very long and consequently the work started to wear.

Today another gentleman came his name Selim Suleyman, he was here a good two hours. He had to completely remove the original paint work and redid the wheel. What a difference his workmanship was. Shame all the people who work for you aren't of the same high standard.

Work was carried out by a real nice guy, David Bissett. Top man, a great ambassador for any company. Well done.

Great service, engineer contacted me to arrange a suitable time for the diamond cutting repair of my wheels. Polite and professional.

Great repair to my wheel in north Essex. I had to rearrange me appointment on line which was very easy. The repairer called me to confirm the appointment the day before to give a rough time and again when on his way. Whole process very good and easy

There were one or two large chips and scrapes on the back of my car that needed to be repaired, a man called John came to repair them he turned up at the time he said he would and did an excellent repair job I can not tell their was ever anything wrong so I can highly recommended this service.

Our job was postponed by the repairer as his van had broke down. He was very apologetic and called me the evening before. He arranged the next appointment directly with me but it was a few weeks later - a little inconvenient but well handled and didn’t put us out too much. Once he arrived at ours, he was very efficient, polite and did a great job ! We are very pleased overall. Thank you !

Polish Peter carried out a fantastic job on my Alloy wheels. I had curbed one and dinked the other in a pot hole. You would not now know this had ever happened.
He arrived on time, and very professionally got to work, having explained he might not be able to completely repair the dink as it was too deep really for a cosmetic repair, he did manage it anyway but I was alteast prepared.
My only criticism with the company is that they need more workers like Peter because I had to wait approx 3 months in the end to get the repair done. Ho hum.

James was fast and professional and thoroughly explained what service he’d performed as well as giving some extra advice on how to improve the longevity of the wheels
