We bought the three headed toothbrush that had been recommended from the dental clinic for one of our service users that is adverse to cleaning their teeth. The product itself is fabulous and the service and speed of delivery was second to none. Highly recommend.

Easy to use website to order the products required

Website has a good range of products, it was easy for me to find and order what I wanted and it was delivered promptly, within the specified time.
I bought the Extra-Wide Flossing Tape (100m) which I have been using for many years and which I rate as the best flossing tape available in UK.

Generally good; the items arrived in a reasonable timescale and were what I wanted.

However, emails were sent from a non-existent domain (vm1.dentocare.co.uk). This meant that anti-spam measures rejected the email before it was even sent. Dentocare should either use a valid domain, or make that one valid.

Have ordered on several occasions and always received the goods very quickly and without any issues.

Have used Dentocare on several previous occasions, where they have performed OK. Having ordered my requirements on a Monday, I was surprised when nothing had arrived by the following Friday. On telephoning their offices and requesting a progress report on my order, I was advised that one of the items was out of stock with an expected five to six week delivery timescale. Had I not progressed the order,presumably Dentocare would have happily waited until these items arrived and then dispatched my entire order, having already then taken full payment some weeks beforehand.
I am very disappointed that no one had seen fit to extend a basic courtesy, let alone follow good business practice and advise me of the expected delay, possibly suggested an available alternative, or asked if I wished to cancel the order all together. Whilst the available part of the order has subsequently been sent out, I now have to search elsewhere for an alternative to the unavailable part. Assuming that I can source a suitable replacement, perhaps I will look elsewhere for all requirements next time.

The goods I ordered arrived promptly and in good order. Dentocare is the only place I know where I can buy Sensodyne 3.5 toothbrushes. Local chemists and the larger chains do not stock these brushes. I only know about this company because the dental hospital where I worked used to order them from this company.

Easy to use web site , fast and efficient, order arrived in two days, would definitely use again.
