New people taken over Chatwin jewellers in Cannock. Although at present closed due to Covid you can still purchase on line. Friendly and accommodating. Would use again.
I purchased a beautiful pendant from Dent Jewellers. I am VERY pleased with it. The transaction and delivery were extremely efficient. I contacted the company and spoke to Greg who is clearly very knowledgeable about his products and jewellery in general. The advice was given professionally and courteously. I shall certainly be using Dent Jewellers again and can totally recommend them.

I recently had to shop for a birthday gift for my partner and had a great experience with Dent Jewellers. They were very helpful and professional throughout the purchase and even provided me with information about the jewels (sapphires) I had been looking at. I ended up purchasing a sapphire and diamond ring. The delivery was super quick and the quality of the item was absolutely superb - needless to say my partner was over the moon. I have to tip my hat to Dent Jewellers....credit where credit is due.
I recently sold an item of jewellery and the whole process was very quick and efficient. I provided the details of the item via email and received an estimate offer, then sent the item for appraisal. The price was agreed and I received payment the same day, I would definitely recommend.
