Unclear About Finalising Plan Early
I appreciated the payment plan yet paid it off 6 months ago and only found out from the orthodontists reception that they do not get finalised payment when I had made it but according to the original payment plan - I don’t feel this was clearly communicated with me. I felt proud to be able to pay off the plan but did not realise the orthodontist had not actually received my lump sum payment.
