Life changing experience! I attended a free workshop where Daniel explained the framework and added so much value. I recommend you attend one.

What I learned will save me so much time at my launch phase because positioning is key at the start and ability to see the scaling model. I had to take a step back and create iteration 13 afterwards. I now have a very clear pathway that I can apply in due course.
