The Deliverer DPD has not deliverded at my house. They did not even come to my door at all. (have doorbell camera) They delivered at an false address and did not show my (not signed) signature. They left no message at all. The courierservice DPD is all a big mess with lot's of delivery scams with their drivers. DENQBAR themselves, they do not react to ANY of my contact form requests or complaints. although they say max 1 working day. Their client service number is a joke and is never reachable, only voicemail. I feel not taken seriously by them. So i have a big complaint Denqbar Germany themselves, and their courier service DPD. Watch out before you order with them!

Solid material, low noise for a generator, good online service

After one week the main switch broke from the rotating shaft. Poor design!

Maybe quality good - to soon to tell - BUT follow up,customer service,reply to e mails and/or telephones absolutely NOT good even VERY POOR
Orderd inverter at Denbar,tried to call and e mail many times ALWAYS answering machine. Finally after about 2 weeks after the order SUDDENLY a delivery from AMAZON of the ordered unit wheras Denbar NEVER told anything about this nor did Amazon ????????

Support not reachable, no answer to multiple emails. If i call their support number (which i have done multiple times) I get a recording that all lines are busy and i should try later or send an email. I purchased a DQ-R53, have had a couple of problems in the past and support did respond, but no longer. I now have a carburetor issue, had a mechanic look at it, have asked the german support for advice to fix the issue,, but i just cannot reach anyone. Order nr 547411 , maybe this review will help someone to contact me before i go to the lawyer and send you the bill.
Weeks of not answering my emails is just downright sloppy service.

Very happy with my lawn mower R53. Powerful, large and solidly built. Reasonably priced. Excellent and courteous support from the Denqbar after-sales people who replaced parts at no cost and promptly. Given my experience I have no hesitation in recommending this site .

Generator DQ-4500 is great. This is 2nd one the same which I ordered. High quality and performance. All included in delivery things are very useful. And I know about 20 orders for Ukraine by my recommendation. And all of that have a good feedbacks by using in war conditions. Respect to the manufacturer. Will by again.

Ordered the dq3800. Great generator. I have two of them. Use them parallel for charging my electric dirtbike. Works perfect.

It's made in China with a Chinese motor and all the parts but it works well. A good example of Chinese skills. Easy starting with a light pull. Consumption cca 1l pre hour at 50% load. It has an eco mode. That consumes maybe 1/2l per hour. I was trying also welding with an iverter welding machine and it works 2.5mm electrode at 3kW without any problem. I didn't try more kW as I don't have any thicker electrode. I've tried also to power an oil radiator for a few hours and it worked well. The noise level is bearable. With a longer extension lead the noise from a larger distance is negligible. A strong preson can carry it one hand for a few tens of meters. A bit difficult on stairs.

DQ-R51EV Mower

The order process was easy and fast delivery of the mower to France. Easy to assemble and following the first charge, Oil and fuel fill up it started first time! Very good quality for the price and the first two cuts have been excellent. I’ve had electric start mowers before but this is the best I’ve tried. And the gears make it a total pleasure to use. Looks cool and cuts better 😊

DENQBAR DQ-R51 Petrol Lawnmower

Before buying, I emailed some questions to the company. They responded helpfully within 24 hours.

Shipping was faster than expected.

Assembly was OK. I was not so sure about the documentation, but it all worked out fine. I did not attach the drinks holder as it seemed not necessary.

I have a 1500m2 garden and have mowed it 3 times so far. It has a powerful motor and even on a slight incline, I have not needed to use more than 50% throttle. It is reasonably quiet too. It took care of small mole hills and handled the first cut very well.

At first, when engaging the drive, it pulled away jerkily. After three cuts that has settled down and is smooth

Obviously, this type of machine should last many years. It does seem to have a good quality build, so time will tell.

One or two small niggles
Starting is not quite as immediate as hoped for. It takes three or four long pulls at the moment. Maybe it will improve as I work out the best method.

With slightly wet grass, it has clogged a couple of times and not thrown the cuttings into the collector. Again, this will probably improve during the drier months.

So. I'm happy with my purchase. Maybe the electric start would be worth the extra money but for me, provided starting improves, I am very happy to recommend this mower to new buyers.

Cummunication with the customer is very good and prompt.Generator 3,8 Kw meets all my expectations meanwhile. Delivery was on time. Generator works well.Ratio performance/weight/price is excellent.
