We are REGULAR Sunday customers for some time. I usually leave the tip in cash, this morning i did not and used my credit card selecting an 18% tip. I just got home and looking at the bill the" pathetic management of this outfit" charged 18% on the TAX..what did the waitress do to earn that. They have just lost TWO REGULAR CUSTOMERS" Look forward to another Denniy's CLOSING !!

Today we went to Dennys for breakfast. Our server was Diana, she was just lovely and so patient with us as we kept changing our order. The rest of the staff were just great too, so friendly. Food was lovely and something on the menu for everyone, they even adapted a few bits for our fussy eaters.

Nicole was my server at Dennys. She was super nice and friendly about everything even when things needed to be changed and when accommodations were needed. Also great food really fluffy pancakes.

So we walked into the Denny's at 19 and 52 and was slapped in the face with a smell of dirt. I noticed that they had carpet so I assumed that's where the smell came from. It took some time before we were seated. When we were sitting there we noticed that a lot of food was not coming out very fast. If it wouldn't have been for my husband who just had a colonoscopy we would have probably left because it was so bad. After finally receiving our food we ate and had to wait for our check. After receiving our check I noticed that I was charged over 15 some dollars for a breakfast which consisted of two eggs, toast and sausage. I honestly did not even confront the server about that because all we wanted to do was get out of there as fast as possible. The whole experience was horrible there was no warm feeling from the staff and they definitely had no urgency to take care of their customers. And to top it off when I went to pay for our meal the credit card machine was so greasy and grimy that I actually felt like I was going to throw up. I work in the restaurant business and I would never recommend you going to that restaurant ever. The quality of food and service was definitely not worth the amount of money that you pay. We definitely will never return to Denny's ever.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I got three breakfast items. Moons over Hammy w/hash browns and cheese, chocolate chip and banana pancakes, and one biscuit with sausage gravy. The sandwich and pancakes were great. I couldn’t eat the biscuit and sausage gravy. It did not look good. The only other thing were the hash browns which were undercooked. Overall, not bad and it was delivery through a third party.

Our server Carmella, was adorable! She was friendly and very efficient! Food was good and served in a timely manner!

NOW I USE TO BE A FREQUENT VISITOR TO DENNY'S IN MENTOR, OHIO TIL THE RUDENESS OF THE WAITRESS HAS CHANGED MY FREQUENCY. I HAVEN'T BEEN IN A WHILE SO I TOOK MY KIDS THIS MORNING AND THE WAITRESS WAS SO RUDE SHE THREW THE BAG ON THE COUNTER AND THEN AS SHE SAW I DIDNT LEAVE A TIP SLAMMED THINGS ON THE COUNTER AND WAS LIKE YOU COULD HAVE HURRIED UP SMH JUST RUDE AND IGNORANT FROM THE START EVEN GETTING SEATED BY HER SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE BUT I TRIED TO KEEP MY COMPOSURE AND JUST SAT AND THEN GOT MY DAUGHTER DRINK ORDER WRONG AND I ASKED FOR ALL SAUSAGE SHE BROUGHT ME BACON SMH JUST AN ALL AROUND IGNORANT AND RUDE

Today I went for dinner I ordered a hamburger which was delicious, well prepared, waitress was attentive, respectful, it’s way I shove a 5 for the Thousand Oaks Denny’s

To Denny's Corporate Headquarters,
I am writing on behalf of multiple customers who have had the same disappointing experience at the Denny's location in Eloy. This is not an isolated complaint we are a community of loyal, longtime customers who have watched this location deteriorate rapidly over the last three months.
The food quality has dropped significantly, undercooked pancakes, burnt eggs, cold hamburgers, and coffee so strong that even a retired truck driver couldn't drink it. The waitstaff is either nowhere to be found, constantly in the middle of a shift change, or unable to provide items listed on the menu.
But the biggest problem is the new management. The manager is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — both with customers and with her own employees, which explains why the entire staff has quit. When a loyal customer simply asked about the change in personnel, the manager became visibly angry and refused to answer basic questions. That is unacceptable.
The Denny's in Eloy used to be a place where customers felt like family; warm food, smiling faces, and servers who knew your name. Today it is a dysfunctional, angry, and unprofessional environment that drives away the loyal customers who kept it running.
We drive many miles only to stop here and receive this kind of treatment. The community has noticed, and the conversation is already spreading on social media.
We sincerely hope corporate takes immediate action before this location closes and before the manager is forced to find a new job... somewhere between hell and Siberia.

I was having breakfast at the Cortland, NY Denny's on March 5th when I witnessed a male server abusing and co-worker it made my stomach sick. This male who was African American was working with a White Woman when he started following her around the restaurant, swearing and yelling at her using very bad language towards her. The poor girl did not approach him or react in any way, she just tried waiting on her tables. He screamed F@CK YOU in the middle of the restaurant at her then I heard him threated to have her beatup by his girlfriend. The manager witnessed all of it but did nothing.
Is this how Denny's allows their employees to be treated while at work? This guy broke many employee laws and nothing happened to him. I will NEVER pay for another meal at Denny's in Cortland. Shame on all of the Management Team and Owner-you should protect your employees from harassment and a violent workplace not to mention fearing for their lives. You should all be re-trained on employee laws or hire a qualified management team and that male server should be fired before a lawsuit is filed again your restaurant!

Me and my brother eat at Denny's Pan cakes and bananas and cream is my favorite My brother likes the chicken strips I only like to get a table that Tiffany takes care of . She's a awesome waitress and is on point always If I'm going to eat at Denny's I want Tiffany to take care of us She's is the best

If there was ZERO star I would give it to them. I ordered food and was called telling me.that my food was ready at 12:27 am eastern time. I drive there for about 10 minutes. When I got inside they told me thst my food was not ready and had to sit and wait few minutes. ( this was their chosen words) So, I waited, waited other people came ordered paid and left me feeling like I was invisible. Each time O asked the answer was few minutes then I waited until around 01:45 I was forced to call while I am inside the restaurant watching I'm and outgoing customers. They told me to wait few minutes at around 02:10 one gent brought incomplete broken meal and me to have made a mistake of calling for my order update and that they got no control over what they tell certaincustomers. (Seriously?!?!) Right now I feel reliving the same nightmare today. Then they told me That I wi have to wait for another 45 minutes for my order to be fixed . Then I was tired and had work starting few hours I gave them what they wanted to leave my money and food and what I went home with Sorry for the inconvenience.

Denny's gouges the customer with unbelievable beverage prices. It offsets the 55+ deals. Be aware.

Excellent food, cooked perfectly. Excellent professional service. The hostess was great.the cc restaurant looked good, very clean and organized. I noticed the workers keep busy the whole time doing something which looks so much better than just standing around

They do not greet you right away. Very longggggg wait!!!! The restaurant smells bad and is unkept When I went to sit down, the table and booth was dirty. The food was cold and nasty. What I really wanted of course they didn't have. They gave me a substitute meal which was salty and nasty. I just left it alone. I will never set foot in there ever again. At least not that Denny's on Tintern St. Maybe I will try another Denny's in the future.

everything, from the first call kept hanging up on me . kept getting put on hold and once again the calle ended over over called so many times .

Awful meal. It was cold and tasteless. The waitress was rude and never asked how meal was no service but to bring drinks and 1/2 hour later get the order and another 1/2 hourlater our meal. Never came with cups for our coffee we asked for. She didn't even say sorry about cold meals I could go on but I'm finished with the Hagerstown Dennys
