the most wonderful staff / owner - recently one of our beautiful blue Japanese bowls broke in a dishwasher. he didn't even ask any questions, not even a receipt, just trusted my word - and we received a replacement (new bowl). such heartwarming customer service is difficult to find these days. what a gem of a store! I hope it serves customers for a long time ❤️
