From the time we ordered our bedroom suite we have received nothing but excellent and professional service from Denelli!

Our order was delivered but, unfortunately due to an error on my part when ordering, the actual bed slats would not fit up the stairs! After emailing Vishal in a total panic, I received a call immediately from him and a solution was found!

Not so often one gets attention such as this and we would highly recommend this company. The actual product is of fantastic quality and we would always use Denelli in the future!

The Sofa is great, serving the purpose just as anticipated. It literally can accommodate everyone at home. We all dive and lounge in it while watching TV.
I should add that it looks pretty solid, super heavy to move - good quality material, nicely finished.

Veejay and his team are incredibly helpful, they really guide you on what to choose and are very open about the pro's and con's for each model. Best sofa we have ever bought! Look and feels high earn. Even though there was a delay with the sofa arriving, it worth the wait considering it is being manufactured in Italy. The delivery company handled the sofa with care. Family and friends give compliment about our sofa, and my niece ordered one as she is buying a new home.

Absolutely amazing customer service as usual. I have been buying furniture from Denelli for over 10 years. In fact my house looks like a miniature version of their warehouse. I have just taken delivery of 6 Saint dining room chairs which look stunning with our dining table also a Denelli purchase. Veejay really knows how to look after his customers and always gives good deals

We visited the MK showroom in January 2025 when it was in fact closed but Steve let me in and was patient, attentive and helpful. We then returned and ordered some living room sofas. The help, care and attention that I was given by Vish when buying the furniture and then in his aftercare was first class. The sofa have arrived. The delivery staff were respectful and efficient. The sofas are as beautiful as we hoped and of an excellent quality. I highly recommend Denelli for the product and service they provide.
