Shocking service from one of your drivers! Clearly should not be a driver. Got lost twice! All they need to do is follow a clear map in the app! How can they go wrong. Does deliver easy not check their drivers can follow a map! This was a delivery with new world so new world has lost a customer due to your incompetence.

I got asked to do a phone survey and promised vouches and discount if did I did survey on service no vouchers or discount so either it was a scam or real and they just did survey without vouchers but in doing that doesn’t make u want to use their service anyway so waste of survey

Delivery Easy provides rubbish service. Any delivery service that can't deliver a meal directly from the store to the client shouldn't be in business. They simply don't have enough drivers to do a good job. They should decline to take orders if they can't provide a good service. Corporate greed rules the day. They care nothing for their customers.
