Knowledgeable and Educational

I am currently a student and my curriculum requires me to use software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Blender. So my PC is hugely important, as well as all the data on it. My OS drive suddenly died one day in the middle of my semester and made my PC unusable. Thus, I brought it to Delaware PC. The PC was actually giving incorrect warnings due to some RAID settings I have and they worked through those to find out what was really the issue. After backing ALL of my data of he PC (a little less than 3 TB) as a precaution. They messed with the drives to get them to work and after about a week (the backup itself took like 3 days) they were able to get my PC back to me with a new OS drive, all settings restored, and all my data securely on the PC.

They even went as far as to explain what could have caused it, how to prevent it, resources on good Cloud storage companies to make digital backups of my work to, how to clean my pc more effectively, and ideas for a future project creating a second PC for just rendering my work.

All in all, great service, good communication, nice people.

At the very least, I trust them and will be going to them with any future issues or PC builds.

Be careful I took my laptop in to get the keyboard replaced and they fried the laptop. They said this happens sometimes and would take no responsibility for distorting my laptop.

Jeffrey Fowler-Gray has been a customer for a while, he has always been rude and condescending to both my wife and me. Several customers want us to warranty their system if we just touch it. For the system in question, we replaced the keyboard, which because of the amount of labor we replaced for $250. The job was completed within about a couple of hours. The backlight on the screen went out during normal use and Dell’s engineers stated that it is an issue with that model’s motherboard. To rule out the screen itself we offered to replace it (if it was just the screen) at just the cost of the screen and free labor – but Dell was right and the controller for the backlight was out, and the motherboard would need to be replaced. Mr. Fowler-Gray wanted us to pay for half of a new computer which would have been three times the cost of just replacing the motherboard. It would be bad business to extend any company’s warranty at our expense. We gave him @$1,000 worth of diagnostic labor for free and we also offered to remove the new keyboard and just return the system to him. He wanted us to keep the keyboard in and then tried to charge back the cost on his credit card, since the work was completed as agreed, the credit card company returned the money for the work completed minus @$45 in fees. He continued to threaten us and stated he was going to give us bad reviews on all review sights & picket out in front of the business. If you look at his past reviews, what he gave other companies he seems to be a hateful troll and seems to enjoy bad-mouthing businesses.

*** His original post:
I took my pc in to have the keyboard replaced and they fired my PC and still had the nerve to change me $250. I would never take a PC to this company you do not know if they will destroy it and still change you for a repair that they did not compete. I had to buy a new PC and still pay these people $250.00. They are a rip off.
