We ordered covers for Henriksdal barstol, and find them to be much more elegant than the original. Everything from order to freight has been smooth.

Unbelievable but true! I ordered a replace cover for my 20 yrs old Barkaby armchair. I was uncertain because the measures BXL 80x86cm stated in the Dekoria leaflet did not seem to fit with those of IKEA catalogue 2002 B 92cm x D 100cm x H 87cm, which were the same as in my chair. Delivery was made in 11 days. The covers in 3 parts fitted perfectly! I am more than 100 % satisfied with my NEW covered chair, maybe another 20 yrs to go!!!

I still haven't got my package 25 days after my order.

My packet was sent to the Schenker delivery point without my name and telephone number. The staff at the delivery point sent it back because they don't know whose package it was. I got to know this after some back and forth talk between Schenker and the delivery point.

I contacted Dekoria's customer support and they said they added my name and asked Schenker to send the package back. But after one week, there is no update...So I call Schenker again and after 2 calls and 2 emails, they said they found the package and will send it to me later...

All in all it's too much hustle and the experience is frustrating. And I still haven't got my package now, not to mention to give a review about the product quality.

We got the curtain in a reasonable time even though we ordered during Covid-19 and Easter. The quality is good and it was easy to set up. It's exactly what was promised.
