I'm very happy with their service.

When I bought a VPS noticed immediately an improvement compared to my previous provider (same hardware, twice the performance) and when I migrated to a dedicated server they moved my IP without any charge.

So, I'll be honest, the speed of response is not super fast at the moment but in terms of service it's exactly what I was looking for so for those looking for a vps at a low price I recommend 99% :)

Extremely slow support took over a day to answer a few quick sales questions.

Went and thought ah it's going to be okay and tried to order a plesk key expecting it to be instantly delivered as nothing was noted about it not being instant, after a day the key got delivered but have no need for it anyway as I bought somewhere else and never used the key and they won't refund me. (fair enough they have already issued a key and paid plesk themselves that's what that is.)

Fair enough if they can't refund but the support is really really slow also quickly went to check their discord and they seem very rude to other customers.

I should've checked the reviews before I purchased anything here, looks like I learned it the hard way.

Edit: They seem to reply faster now, but the first time contacting them was not great.

except low prices, this site also does the work in seconds, very fast and reliable also provides protection at such low prices.

Excellent quality of service, it takes a while but I think it is precisely because they were migrating data centers. For the rest, I fully recommend it.

one of the worst providers ever all they do is give irresponsible and rude replies.
there windows VPS keeps restarting or shutting down for no reason.
The uptime is horrible and they do nothing about it.
all they say is o that got stuck this not working we r changing it.
u report something and they don't even check it or even have the technical experience to know what it is.
and last but not least u rent a VPS and u have to wait 2 days till they install it. After installing the server did not even start and when I start it manually which is absurd it's not even online all that they say after taking hours to answer the ticket is if u want to reinstall.
unbelievable never seen something that bad.

Scam, shut down withou explanation, get yourself a better provider and stayaway from these scammers.
randomly shutting down servers clowns, since you want me to pay the new price just tell me, but you shut down my server 4 times in 1 week.....

Services are good (quality, price, ...) but support is excellent.

I will be brief.

Hosting provides very strong dedicated servers but the delivery days are very long but still deserves 5 stars!

Deinserverhost is absolutely awesome! I bought a domain, a windows vps and an SSL cert. Their support was extremely fast and helpful. I didn't even choose live chat and my email response came in less than 2 minutes. Thanks DSH, I would recommend you to anyone!

I, 6 months ago, participated in some services with him, or you can say 90% of the services work for me with him in a company, and he did not refuse me a request + he always helps me, I swear to God, if I go to a million companies, I can’t get a person like this, or technical support or servers, seriously. Re-reviewing after half a year.

Dedicated servers: Amazing uptime, ddos protection is good, issues are fixed quickly, cpu temperatures are low, and the network is fast.
I no longer use a dedicated server, since i didnt need the power of it, replaced it with a rootserver.

Rootservers: I bought a rootserver 3 days ago since I no longer wanted to pay for my dedicated server, since practically most of the power was going to waste. The server has been running *great*. Zero issue, the network is AMAZING. (2.5gbps most of the time), the servers are priced very fairly.

VPS's: The thing i want from the VPS i use from this host is stability, and it has offered exactly that (Has been online from the day i bought it, without any interruptions) The server costs barely anything monthly, and it does everything it needs to perfectly. Thank you.

The support: Although i havent needed the support that much, they are really nice to interact with. 5/5.

Overall rating: 6/5, would buy my next server needs from here again.

Payment using Bitcoin (lightning network) was very quick. Lots of cryptocurrency supported: BTC, BTC (LN), ETH, DOGE, BCH, and a bunch more. The cryptocurrency payments go through CoinGate. CoinGate does not require registration or any information for the payment. I got a cheap dual-core rootserver and its CPU performance (7z b -mmt2) is good. The VPS was advertised at 1 Gbit/s (shared), and I got 66% of that at 660 Mbit/s. Overall, DeinServerHost seems quite good.

We are really happy that we switched from Hetzner to DeinServerHost, DeinServerHost, have a much better support option, and understands the important of having a whole lot of customers.
We have been using them for 3 months now, and will definitely keep using them as our primary hosting.

DeinServerHost is okay, but there are some bad points about them.
First of all its a good hoster for the price.
But the DDoS Protection is rather meh and My Websites including Databases were down for over an hour. Livechat is never there for me too, always when i check it says "Please open a Support Ticket" and the Responses there always take a while.
Overall acceptable.

Super Hoster 10gb Ram Minecraft Server für nur 15 euro. Support antwortet sehr schnell.

everything is great, server is stable, so far not a single downtime, upgrade went without problems.... I can only recommend
