Excellent customer service
A lot of the larger companies out there that serve customers could take a few lessons from the customer care of Degono.
I bought the cafetière off the back of the coffee blog run by Kev.
There was an issue with the top seal, these things can happen in manufacturing with slight imperfections. I dealt with Sandra to resolve this & she went above & beyond to solve it.
Replacement seals were quickly sent to me, no quibble, at the cost of Degono, and the cafetière works perfectly (even if it hadn’t, great customer service goes a long way).
The rebound of this level of customer service is that I would not hesitate to recommend Degono to friends & family.
