Order was quite fast, but the items didnt match what I ordered. Customer service is near nonexistent, still waiting for information on how and where do I return the package, and its been nearly 2 weeks. Wont be shopping here again, I suggest you to look for a better shop too.

Edit: They took nearly 1½ months to anwser to my emails about returning of items while their emails insisted a ticket has been created, and I was greeted with an obnoxious email that the timelimit has been exceeded.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Such a poor customer service.
Avoid shopping here if there is even a slim chance that you need to return/change some items.
It took 1 month to get QR code/slip for return, and now its been 2 months and return is not handled yet… seems they are not too aware nor interested about customer focused omni-retail processes. Good luck!

Cool hoodie and sneakers - was pleased with the purchase.

I ordered some items from Def-Shop, but I couldn't use them, so I asked for a return label. It’s been more than two months now, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent them about five emails to remind them, but they haven’t replied at all.

This has been really stressful. I just want to warn others—be careful when shopping at Def-Shop. Their customer service is very poor, and they don’t help when there’s a problem. It's not a good experience.

I am starting to feel that defshop is intentionally deceiving customers. No one is sending me the return label and if I scan the QR code that I received with my order, it opens a webpage which is not working and I can't get a return label using that either. Defshop claims that they have free returns, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

And if it is so, it is a scam / fraud and I will escalate this matter.

I ordered in good faith pants in 2 sizes so I can try them on and choose the correct size and I thought that this is a reliable firm and I can return items if needed without problems.

Update 24.4. I did finally receive my return label and after sending back the items I didn't want my next worry was whether I would receive my refund... Now I did finally receive an email saying that my refund is on it's way. Despite the fact that everything finally sorted out I don't dare to order from DefShop again. Too much uncertainty and constant feeling that I can't trust anything.

Worst customer support ever. My order was not delivered mid october 2024, the customer support agent has no clue on how to handle this situation and I am still waiting for a refund. Have raised now some official complaints with the EU consumer protection agencies.

The quality of the stuff is terrible. I ordered two T-shirts and wanted to return them. The support service does not answer for the second week. Do not order from this store. Save your nerves and money.

They send me wrong size shoose, and 1 pair of pants are missing, they dont anwser email, facebook or instagram, ether Phone calls, 30 days time to refund. And i have 3 days left.. And u still dont anwser any where, scammy site

Misleading advertisement. Email promised everything for -50%, in fact it was just a few products. They took no responsibility for their mistake. Customer service refused to cancel my order and stopped replying to messages.

I can't wait for the mess handling my return will be.

Just buy your sneakers from a respectable supplier - Def-Shop isn't one!
