A Brief History... Established in 1988 by Chris & Pauline Manship employing 2 technicians' concentrating on general repairs, tuning and MOT'S. After trading for 12 months we decided to specialise in the service and repair of the Volvo brand. Later that year we employed a Volvo trained technician and a Volvo trained parts/service Manager bringing a wealth of knowledge and systems laying the routes for the next millennium. Over the next 19 years we have built up an impressive stock of quality used Volvo’s. Also our workshop is now on-line to Volvo for our information and diagnostic needs. We have a good relationship with Volvo and they accept we have our place in the arena of selling and repairing Volvo’s. Our prices are usually more favourable than the Volvo Dealers because being a medium sized family business we can keep a tight reign on our spending, although we always invest in our business with good technicians and latest equipment. Terry Manship is now starting to lead the way in the business with Chris standing on the side lines with his wealth of knowledge and experience. So Terry can now look forward in taking this business on for another 20 years.

Welcoming staff, professional and informative
Welcoming staff, from sales/service/workshop personnel, all very approachable, friendly and informative. Deeside Motor Centre offers a very relaxed but professional environment allowing customers to make informed decision without any unnecessary pressure. We were also able to drive our vehicle away the same day. Thank you Will and the team.

Went to view car test drove etc car was lovely however every fianance company said it was overpriced so I ended up not going thru with the deal, and to be honest if the way you have conducted yourselves is anything to go by I'm glad I went elsewhere

Terrible experience with this garage
Terrible experience with this garage , blatant disregard for any issues after something goes wrong , will not enter into any negotiations they instructed a solicitor straightaway before even exploring issues, which seemed a bit suspicious won’t take calls and asked me not to go to the sales office ! Stated we had no consumer rights and won’t disclose documents going down the ombudsman route now but they aren’t engaging with that either. Potentially will cost me a £15k loss honestly don’t bother with them. Ruthless after point of sale , will probably proceed to court. I wouldn’t trust them and will be sure to never do any business with them again

Everyone we dealt with at Deeside Motor Centre was friendly, attentive (without being pushy), efficient and professional. The car we wound up buying was completed valeted and a pleasure to drive. Easy to recommend Deesite Motor Centre.

Avoid
Avoid, had a terrible experience with this company. Took the car to have the air conditioning serviced and regased, as the air conditioning wasn't working, was advertised as £39, was told for my car would be £57, which was fine, was told it will take an hour, it took almost 2, to only be told they had filled it up with gas but can't get the compressor started, handed the keys and told they put gas in the car so I needed to pay even though the air conditioning wasn't working, which was the reason I took it there in the first place, they could have checked the compressor before they started to fill the car with gas! They could have also connected the car to a computer and diagnosed the fault afterwards. They didn't go the extra mile and felt like they just wanted me gone, now they had taken my money, felt like an inconvenience to them.
Avoid, there's better garages out there, who do go the extra mile and not after a quick buck!

Massive thank you to Nathan at Deeside Motor Centre. Nothing was to much trouble. Even having me linger around the office pretty much all day waiting for the finance company. He made sure everything was right with the merc I bought. Nicely valeted before I drove off! Will 100% be coming back for a new one in a few years! Can’t recommend them and Nathan enough.

Found the car on Autotrader and so
Found the car on Autotrader and so, as I live 250 miles away, I had to trust that everything was as advertised before travelling by train to collect the car without ever having seen it except in online photos. The photos were accurate, the car well described and immaculately presented and the service I received was first class throughout.

Don’t buy a car from this garage
I bought a car at this garage in December and 4 months later the car broke down. I contacted the garage and they were not hall full at all and told me to get the car fixed at my own expense. I contacted the car manufacturer who told me the fault is not something that would have developed in the time scale o have had the car. This fault would have already been there when l purchased the vehicle from the garage. I have had to report them to the Moto vehicle ombudsman and logged a court case again the garage. Terrible service and would never recommend buying a car from them unless you want to deal with weeks of back and forth and no curtesy car the whole time. Don’t buy a car from this garage. You will regret it.

You did not send an independent assessor (they work for you and this is stated in the letter they sent to me). You refused to take the car to a bmw garage which is less than 200 metres away. You never provided proof that the car didn’t have this fault when l bought it and under consumer rights act 2015 in the first three months you the retailer has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the fault was not there when the car was sold. You have failed to provide any evidence of this. This is why lm taking you to court. I will write another review to state exactly what the outcome is. I don’t want anyone else to go through this. It’s unethical, shady and you should be ashamed of your garage.

Honda civic bought from Deeside Motors
Had car a month now and very happy. Staff were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Missing part off door was noticed on pick up and they ordered from Honda dealership then posted out to me. Overall, probably the most satisfying buying experience i've ever had with a second hand car, also the part exchange price offered for my car was reasonable.
