I Bought my item's 2 days ago making sure it was before 2 pm ! and paid for next day delivery. 2 Days on no products and had to change the flavor of my whey, due to them not having it in stock after i had already placed the order! not happy.On the other hand the website is very good and easy to use.

First time uing DeepBlue, competitive prices with excellent customer service and A1 delivery. Will certainly use again. Steve J

My original stocker of this product was also out of stock hence i tried deepblue, I ordered my item 2 weeks ago, deepblue did not state that it was out of stock on their website. had they stated it was also out of stock i wouldn't of used there service. The fact that they are unwilling to compensate me despite numerous complaints shows poor customer service and a poor view on the value of a customer. I'm not impressed.

Ordering is quick and simple and the goods are with you in good time. Excellent information is giving to what supplements are best to achieve the goal your aiming for.

I have ordered from Deepblue a few times now and always found them to be very good.

I recently ordered some supplements and paid for next day delivery. The email confirmation came through with all the details of the order apparently correct apart from the link to the tracking website. When I placed my order I paid for DPD next day, the link I was given was for Royal Mail and when I clicked the link nothing happened. Thinking it was just an error I got home to find my parcel had been delivered by DHL!

That was ok I got the next day service I paid for even if I couldn't track it, however, when I got the item home I found it was not the flavour I had ordered despite the invoice being correct.

Very refreshing to find a website which is easy to use. I have used DeepBlue several times now and their service is first class. Delivery has always been on time. I would recomend them to anyone.

I have ordered off deepblue 4 times now and they always have come in the time they give you, I have only had one problem i ordered a shaker but it wasnt in stock after they took my money but they sent me one that cost more so its all good.

Although i haven't recieved my order yet i have just received an email saying it has been dispatched so now its more to do with royal mail than DeepBlue.
The website was easy to use, nice to look at and the confirmation emails were good. I'd definitely use this service again.
An option to checkout as a guest would be a nice touch so that you dont have to bother creating an account, just put in your details and then click order.

Order placed on Monday 22nd March and was meant to be delivered on the 23rd. Incomplete address details provided to the courier so it did not get delivered. Called courier to update details and give them a house number and re-delivery booked for 24th March. Unable to deliver on the 24th March due to updated delivery details from supplier (DBS). Delivery re-booked for 25th March... hopefully I will get it tomorrow.. Normally service is perfect, maybe a new courier service is needed.

I ordered my goods on 2 seperate ocassions on the Thursday afternoon. Both items arrived on Saturday morning, recorded delivery. Pretty impressed, Will order again soon.

not yet arrived, a bit slow on the delivery would expect 1st class postage if useing Royal Mail or to use a different courier.

First order and a small one sorry =( but so far seems a good site with easy navigation. Will be back for another look!

Deep Blue has a fantastic range of products all at very competitive prices which are hard to beat. Their website is easy to use and the ordering process is very simple to follow, all this combined with an excellent delivery service aswell. I would definitely advise others to use them.
