They gave me updates on where my tops were almost daily.
Product did not fit standard sink. They would not issue a refund
They sold me a couple malfunctioning pool lights. I asked for a return for refund. They asked for photos and videos which I sent. They claimed it would cost too much to ship and offered me a small discount. I said I would pay for shipping, just give me a refund. They said "we did all we can for you" and left me robbed of $150. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
Wrong size, hidden fees, and a return to China? Seriously?
I ordered a set of 3 bras from Decorateto for $35.69 USD, choosing my exact size: 34 DDD(F) — because I’m slim and have a large bust. The site allowed me to select both band size and cup size. There were no options like S, M, L, or 5XL anywhere.
What I received was a 5XL — a size I never selected and that wasn’t even available. It looked nothing like the product images. It’s more like an oversized stretchy tank top than an actual bra. Totally unwearable and honestly insulting.
Even worse:
The item was shipped from Spain (Madrid), but I was told I’d have to return it to China, at my own cost.
The “compensation” I was offered for all this? A laughable $2. For a $35.69 order!
On top of that, my original invoice showed $27.88, and only later did I discover I was charged an extra $7.81 in hidden “tax” that wasn’t disclosed at checkout.
I opened a dispute via PayPal and got nowhere. The seller dodged responsibility and kept offering small “refunds” instead of actually solving the issue. I’ve now filed a formal complaint directly with PayPal.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch operation. Wrong product, hidden charges, zero accountability.
Avoid this company. They are misleading, unprofessional, and have no respect for their customers.
