We live on the Isle of man and arranged a specific trip to pick up an online order from the Warrington branch (you do not deliver to the Isle of man unfortunately). After a panic about the online order not being ready for pick up, phoned the branch, they could not have been more helpful especially Becky who picked the items available in store in case the order didn't turn up. When we arrived the order had arrived but needed some changes due to fitting etc. Once again, Becky was there and was incredibly helpful. She made what could have been a stressful trip into a fantastic shopping experience her sense of humour, along with her patience, was second to none. We still talk about how much fun that was! Thank you

Purchased the trail running water proof jacket. Its brilliant. The quality of decathlon products is fantastic for the money paid. Would highly recommend for all sports gear, especially running and hiking.

Always like a visit to Decathlon as the store in Kingston, though busy, is always well stocked. The own brand cycling shorts are excellent quality and my go to shorts

The staffs are fabulous

Quality can be a bit iffy but decent prices and straightforward ordering and returns. Nice to be able to see if stuff is available in a specific store to go and look before purchase.

I had a really great experience at Decathlon Guildford, especially thanks to Alex in the bike section. He was super patient and took the time to explain how different bike locks work without making me feel rushed. You could really tell he cared about giving helpful advice rather than just making a quick sale.

Thanks to his guidance, I felt confident purchasing a much higher end lock, knowing it was money well invested. Alex helped me make a decision that will likely save me a lot of future headaches. Highly recommended! Thanks Alex!

Exactly the same a s last four times, advertising stock that they don't deliver and simply refund..

Not hard to remove an item from stock if you haven't got it, offered me a £5 voucher last time, which is not what I wanted if you have t got the goods I want....

Very poor last six months this company...

I purchased an item via Decathalons marketplace from Tii Brands. The item itself was just shy of £200 and was faulty. I have been pursuing a refund for them since 19/07/26. It was 05/08/26 before I was provided a shipping label to return the item. It is now 04/09/26 and I still haven’t received the refund. The whole process has been absolutely abysmal. I will never buy from Decathalon nor their marketplace again. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a paddle board via the marketplace. It was due to be delivered last week and I still haven’t received it. No response on WhatsApp and after five days, I got a response to my email enquiry saying that they’re checking with the marketplace seller and will let me know when they have a response. It’s still markets as “on its way” on the UPS tracking. It’s been like that for more than two weeks now. I can’t get a refund and needed the board this weekend. They state that they’ll respond within 48 hours but each time I’ve contacted them, it’s taken 4-5 days to get back to me.

The tracksuit only arrived yesterday and after just one wash it has already fallen to bits. The logo is wonky, all of the fluffy bits are falling off, and the overall quality is awful.
I’ve never had an item deteriorate this badly after one wash, especially after only receiving it yesterday. It certainly doesn’t look or feel like the genuine item it was advertised as. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Item I ordered ready to collect. Hard to find way around store. Long way to walk to find one item.

I placed an order online, and paid extra for fast delivery, for a holiday. The item did not arrive. I got an email that there was no stock in the UK, and that it would be sourced from abroad. No customer telephone line, then I had to chat with a bot on social media, in the end it wrote that they write that responding on social media can take several days. I tried to book a callback as on their website but it states that no slots are available. Now I feel like the company is a scam. I thought they were a real brand.

Update. Now the item that I order did arrive on the original delivery date, even though I was told via email that it would be over three days late.

Seems to be a communication issue at Decathlon.

Do not go anywhere near this company! There is no way at all of actually speaking to a human being and all of their AI does nothing to help you at all! Also since using this company who have actually gathered my data they have clearly sold it to many people and I keep getting terrible spam phone calls! Like I say do not go anywhere near

We bought some exercise equipment from Decathon on-line, an exercise bike, a treadmill and an installation contract. We specified we had a narrow road to our house. The delivery company showed up in an 18 wheeler truck that would not fit down our road. They told us they would be back the following day in a smaller truck. They never showed back up,
. I traced our delivery to find out that our equipment was returned to the warehouse in Malaga. I called the delivery company to find out what was happening. They were very rude. I called Decathlon and they were not helpful at all. I had to do my own research to figure out how to file a return. The whole process was very frustrating from the beginning due to lack of communication and follow-up. They have held our money since the beginning of the order, which was around 6 weeks ago and the return takes up to 14 business days. Iwould not recommend doing business with Decathon, ever.

Ordered an inflatable tent and pump, received a pole tent and pump. If I said this was like dealing with the keystone cops I’d be making the keystone cops look good. Decathlon passes blame to their ‘picking robots’ — this company is ‘automation gone wrong’ - I wish I’d have read the reviews on here first!! I would have thought twice about ordering from Decathlon— in other words AVOID. I certainly will from now on. Ps.. still not received a refund or the original tent order…😩
