The delivery people (Peter and Alex) did very good and clean job. It was a smooth process.

The only down side of my experience is that the way the shelves were fixed in the bookshelf (before the transportation) left small traces. The same applies to all shelves, so I think it is a common problem. I would suggest you to just tape or use something that doesn’t damage the bookshelf later on.

When we complain about them , they start to show their atitude and damaged goods weren’t notified but trying to make excuses that they didn’t see . Common that is from your show room and they didn’t see ? .. if its your mistake , accept it rathet than getting angry . Be honest ..

I ordered a table in the shop. It was delivered within 2 weeks. The table is a total disaster. It is completely different from what I saw in the shop, both in quality and appearance. It is riddled with numerous significant defects, making it ugly and unmaintainable. It resembles a second-hand table rather than a new one. I noticed more than 10 defects ( holes, scratches, stains, cracks) in the table. It even has one big crack!!!!! I called the customer service they referred me to the website to fill a service request. They got back to me with an email to wait for 2 weeks for a response. They got back to me 10 days later just to tell me that all the defects I see are because mango wood has its unique texture!!!!!! And that they can send the repair service to repair the crack in the wooden table. Repair for a new product (if justifiable) means fixing a small issue not a crack running from one side to the other or few holes on the table!! If I wanted to repair a table I would have bought second hand!!!

Second solution they offered: they can pick up my table and give me half(!!!!!) my money back because *customer bought what they didn't like*

Avoid at all cost, the most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. They deliver wrong product and then manipulate you into “you should like it”. Legal action taken because when you point their dishonesty with the evidence, they simply stop responding. The worst online purchase of my life.

we ordered couch, eating table at 4th of February, first planned delivery date was 15th of April. We rescheduled delivery date as 19th of April and got confirmation about it. Try to check exact delivery time before planned delivery date we saw delivery date was updated and when we called customer services didn't give clear delivery date for it. During the buying process everything was perfect, when time came to delivery, there was no one contact about process and given information wasn't clear. Planned date was 19th April, earliest new delivery date for couch is 17 of May, and for eating table is not clear. they don't delay the delivery one day, one week they are delaying it 1 month without informing us. I wish I didn't buy from them. We moved new house without any furniture and we are living camp life because some people are doing awful job.

I ordered a table and tv dressor. Had to wait quite long around 16 weeks and there was delay 2 weeks. But it worth it - great quality, nice materials and excellent delivery (thanks Peter and Frans - delivered as scheduled, assembled very fast).

Minues One star due to delay

The delivery took almost 4 months because I chose a set of 4 furniture that was apparently being made out of the same wood, was going impatient turns out it was worth the wait!!!

There is no proper customer support. The dining table delivered to me was damaged but till now they have not fixed properly. Even after multiple emails, they are not even responding.

The delivery of our new table and chairs was very smooth, on-time and flawless. Peter & Alex were very kind and careful in delivering and in assembling our furniture. Every time again! Thx

Our order was ready earlier than expected which was great. The order came in perfect condition, and the team delivering the order were so professional, friendly and efficient. We have had a few different companies delivering in the past month and this experience was miles above all.

I've ordered a sofa from you. I had been told the delivery time is 2 weeks. That's the only reason we bought the sofa from De Bommel Furniture. It's already 4 week passed. And Schedule delivery will be in 2 weeks you said. You've told that the you are so busy. But it can't be a reason. So why did your employee told us that the delivery time is 2-3 weeks. How come she didn't know that. What we beleive that your employee lie to us to only sell the sofa.

Excellent product and service.

We bought a couch and set of 6 dining chairs. The people at the store (Woonmall Amsterdam) were super nice and kind and spent enough time to show us around and explain the details of each furniture. The quality of the product felt pretty good overall and it didn't feel like they were trying to oversell.

We got our couch and dining chairs in time and they go really well. The additional package for furniture care sounds worth and we spent extra bucks for that.

The delivery was great on time and the chairs were already assembled
