Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Outsourcing your billing to them will ruin your brand's reputation. Their customer service is incredibly unprofessional—staff are incompetent, rude, and will literally hang up the phone. On top of that, they hit your customers with exorbitant late fees (which you don't see a cent of), making YOU look bad. Don't risk your customer retention over their terrible staff. Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Sorry to any one working there but have never had a good experience with them. Any company that goes by debit success should reconsider. I paid off a course with debit success and could not talk to them. Everything was done by my course, I had to change my payment methods due to change of job and they messed me around so much that I got put through to credit control and had an extra $2000 fee. Debit success never spoke to me, said they did things when they didn’t and don’t listen to their customers.

Why can't you do your Direct debits on public holidays

According to AI - your the one behind doing direct debits for Les Mills members.

If AI is correct. I'm giving you a one star review for refusing to take payments on a public holiday (E.g Easter Friday, Christmas and expect members to hold on their money until the next working day (which can be 3-4 days). Banks process their transactions on public holidays. Why cant you do something of automation on public holidays - I'm sure a computer won't complain.

Debit Success are scammers

Debit Success are scammers. They do everything they can to charge you a $10 late fee even where it’s not justified or you are not late in paying. There’s one guy (he sounds Indian and I have lots of trouble understanding his strong accent) on their phone service who is rude and refuses to help you make a payment over the phone or give information on whether your direct debit payment has gone through, so that they can charge you the $10 late fee.
On Friday I had manually made my weekly gym payment through debit success by 12.30pm (after the same guy refused to help me with information on whether it was paid on two phone calls) but they still issued me with a $10 late fee as they had tried to take it from my account at 11am. They are just the lowest of the low and no legitimate companies who value their reputation should use their services.

similar to everyone else

similar to everyone else. I have had multiple instances where I was charged a late fee when there was money in my account on several occassions.
When you get in touch with them and let them know of the bad experience you have had as well as everyone else, they seem to fix the issue pretty quick FYI.

Debit sucess are seeking payments from…

Debit sucess are seeking payments from my autistic son and threatening debit collection. On behalf of a gym that has confirmed there is no debit. Every time this is resolved 2 days later it starts again. Disgusting company.

Was lied to by the employees

Was lied to by the employees, one who said it wasn't within their power to take off the excessive late payment fee (even though it's been done before). The second person I spoke to said that they could but refused to this time because of principle? The ACC needs to take action on these scum.

Scammers

Absolutely disgusting. I have been charged so many fees they have claimed are due to insufficient funds? This has not been proven to be the case as I have all bank statements and have never been asked to pay another charge because it went through first time??? Disgusting

BE WARNED

BE WARNED! My friend and I were told by what we now know to be a hired marketer (not a gym rep/worker) , who we thought signed us up with the Human Mechanics gym in Bendigo, that we could cancel our gym membership at anytime, no questions asked, for a $100 fee and promised a bunch of services to be included with our membership. When the services we were promised were not delivered, despite out multiple attempts, we contacted the gym to cancel and were told to read the fine print on our contract with Debit Success , where we are locked in for 3 years .... and the gym does not have to deliver/ we have no contract with them! We are having a nightmare trying to cancel so we can join a gym which offers the services we need and were promised.

Don't go any where near this company

I recently changed over my software to another company as I noticed that the fees for DS seemed to be getting higher and higher, and DS are asking me to pay $120,000.00 in exit fees. I'm in the process of seeking legal advice.
I do not and never will recommend this company.
